How do I install Hilma?

Simply click the "Add to Slack" button on our homepage. You'll be redirected to Slack to authorize the app for your workspace.

How do I start a check-in?

Hilma will automatically message you at the scheduled time. You can also manually trigger a check-in by typing /hilma today.

Can I customize the schedule?

Yes! Administrators can configure the check-in days and times from the Hilma dashboard. Link is available in the App Home tab in Slack.

Is my data private?

Yes. Individual mood scores are anonymized in team reports to ensure psychological safety. We only access data required for the app's functionality.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from the Settings page in the Hilma dashboard. Navigate to Settings → Billing to view your plan and cancellation options.
