Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hilma application ("Service"), which is provided by Mindtrack AB, a company registered in Sweden (org.nr 559383-2859) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hilma is an integration for Slack and Microsoft Teams designed to facilitate team check-ins, mood tracking, and generate AI-powered summaries. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must enter valid payment information to continue using Pro features, or your account will be downgraded to the Free Starter plan.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Per-User Pricing: Our Pro plan is billed based on the number of active users in your workspace. An "active user" is defined as any Slack user who is a member of a team where Hilma is enabled during the billing period. We reserve the right to adjust your billing based on the number of active users.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days. Please contact Paddle support or email us at [email protected] to request a refund.
